An alumni of the Academy of Art, San Francisco, USA, Mr. Rajiv Chilaka’s entrepreneurial journey started with a vision of creating an animation studio at par with the best in the world. This took shape with the establishment of Green Gold Animation in 2004. In an industry still in its nascent stages, his journey was punctuated with more challenges than opportunities. Braving the odds, he created and brought India’s most loved and iconic character, Chhota Bheem, to life.

Today, as the CEO of the Green Gold Group, he leads a team of over 1400 artists who have produced over 12 shows, 1000 episodes, 100+ TV movies and 6 Feature films in the last decade itself. Green Gold Group’s footprint spans across television, movies, digital and L&M reaching an audience of over 100 million kids and 190 countries globally. It also owns and licenses India’s biggest children’s IP with over 100 brands across multiple categories.

Under his leadership, Green Gold Animation has won many accolades and achieved many a milestone, the most recent being the creator of India’s first Netflix original animation series, Mighty Little Bheem. A global success, Mighty Little Bheem is a testament to the spirit of creation that drives Rajiv and the Green Gold Group.

Driven by Rajiv's profound love for films, Green Gold has embarked on an exciting journey into the production of live-action films. Presently, Green Gold is proudly involved in the production of two South Indian and one PAN India movie under the banner name as Chilaka Productions.

Further more, in 2021, Green Gold has started its VFX journey aiming to pioneer new realms of creativity & innovation in the world of visual effects, leaving its mark on over a dozen films in South India and PAN India.

Founder RedFox Media Corp he is a leader in business and creative development with innumerable experience working in India and South Asia. He Founded RedfoxMedia where the company consults leading Global Media Companies in India and the SAARC region and in a shot span of two years created IPs for Redfox shows and live events .His previous stints in leadership roles have been in BBC Studios, FremantleMedia – South Asia in areas of Licensing Commercial, Creative, Branded Content, Legal, and Partnership working across India & South Asia markets.

Soumini Sridhara Paul is a versatile, end - to - end, strategic brand custodian and business development
expert having experience of building start-ups within an organization from inception involving product
development, content partnerships, acquisition expertise, brand building, content ideation, project
operations and revenue within the Web2.0 space and now entering the Web3.0 space for NFTs and
Metaverse leading content and partnerships with production houses, record labels, celeb talent and
platform developers.
Soumini Sridhara Paul is responsible for multiple verticals in Hungama including Hungama Artist Aloud, a
talent and independent content platform, Hungama Kids, a platform for kids across age groups, Hungama
YouTube and the recently launched Web 3.0 initiative, HeftyVerse.
Launched in January 2010, Soumini has spearheaded the set-up of Hungama Artist Aloud, South Asia’s
premier digital platform for established and new talent with independent audio and video content. She
also launched and continues to build Hungama Kids, an OTT platform for Kids from 0 - 18yrs as well as parents.
She prides in being able to build both of these unique and niche platforms with a dedicated team.
Soumini is also Head of Operations and Content Development other channels on YouTube including
Bollwyood Hungama, Artist Aloud and multiple regional channels for Hungama. Additionally, she also
leads special content creation and event IP projects for Hungama including brand solutions and CSR
initiatives. She has over 2 decades of experience in the entertainment industry including television and
digital media across music, talent, animation, fiction and non-fiction categories, with exposure to the
global market. She has also received 3 Woman Leader Awards between 2018 and 2021.
She has over 25 years’ experience including Channel [v] with Bollywood, Independent and International
talent, Universal Music with album launches and promotions and artist relations as well as being a Pop
Artist and then running her own Artist Management outfit for 6 years managing Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy (for
PR), Sowmya Raoh (Full management), Euphoria (Album contract) and many more.
As a hobby, Soumini has been dabbling into writing for the last 7 years and Disha The Challenge is her first
ever-published work through Partridge. She has several authored articles to her credit on established
publications where she expresses her thoughts aboutthe industry. She started her artistic stint as a singer
almost 25 years back but chose to work in other aspects of the industry to build something that would
change the face of talent and independent content space.

With over two decades of rich experience in the F&B industry, Tarak Bhattacharya serves as the Executive Director and CEO of Mad Over Donuts. Under his leadership, the acclaimed donut brand has grown from a 12-store set-up in Mumbai to a chain of 150+ stores across 6 cities in India, serving over 10 million delighted patrons.

Over his illustrious career, Tarak has worked with several renowned F&B companies. He headed Operations for Barista, one of India’s first and most successful coffee brands, and was later appointed as the COO for MGH Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. to lead two of their popular brands- Nando’s and Barista for their markets in Bangladesh and Nepal. Having worked across continents with diverse cultures, Tarak has a keen understanding of local sensibilities that he uses to inform business strategies.

In 2011, Tarak was named COO at Himesh Foods Pvt. Ltd. for their Singaporean gourmet brand Mad Over Donuts. He was promoted to Executive Director and CEO in 2019. A multi-faceted leader, Tarak currently manages diverse aspects of operations, planning and human resources at Mad Over Donuts India.

Tarandeep Singh Sekhon is the Chief Business Officer at BOUNCE Inc India - World Leaders in Freestyle Sports with 32 venues across 16 countries.

Tarandeep with over two decades of experience in entertainment drives sales, marketing, strategic development and business expansion for BOUNCE - country's largest trampoline park combining elements of the world’s most exciting freestyle activities in a 40,000+ sq.ft. indoor arena. Prior to BOUNCE, he has been instrumental in driving footfalls and building the national footprint for brands such as KidZania, EsselWorld, Water Kingdom & Fame Cinemas.

He holds a MBA Degree in Retail Management and Marketing from The ITM Business School where he was rewarded with the Dean's Award for Top honors in Academic Excellence. He also holds a PG Certification in Digital. Besides being passionate about his career and excelling on the professional front, Tarandeep is a passionate cricketer, ardent sports buff, motorcycling enthusiast and loves travelling.
